We searched for a long time to find the cheapest & fairest way to calculate our shipping charges. This was not as easy as one may think; we spent countless days researching every possible delivery method. We also searched for a transportation method that would protect your purchases, because we know how disappointing it can be to open your long-awaited package and find bent corners or shattered Album's.

However, we believe that we have found a way to please our customers and keep our postage costs as low as possible. Your postage will be automatically calculated as you add items to your basket. Each item in our online store has been assigned a weight, allowing us to calculate the packing materials and postage needed to properly pack and ship your purchases. What does this mean for you as a customer? In short, you will be able to see how much it will cost to ship your purchases while you shop. The information below will give you more details regarding postage charges.

For shipping in Germany, we will charge depending on the weight in kg: for 1 kg €3.90, 3 kg €4.30, 5 kg €4.90, 10 kg €6.10. International shipping depends on the cost of fuel in a given country. Here is an example for our friends in Finland: 1 kg € 13.60, and our friends in New York: 1 kg €22.80.

Pre-Orders

Please note that pre-order items will be treated differently than stock items. All Pre-Orders will be charged separately from orders regardless of their release date and treated as individual shipments. Pre-Orders will be shipped separately upon release.
